About Claudio

Claudio Calado is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and executive leadership. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Calado Capital, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in New York and Michigan. Formerly known as C2 Capital, the firm was rebranded in May 2025 and reflects Claudio’s commitment to delivering Inspirational Financial Services 2 Power Your Ambitions®.

Calado Capital specializes in strategic financial planning, wealth management, investment banking, capital raising, and business consulting for entrepreneurs and corporate clients.

Gissing Holdings, Inc.

CEO & Board Member (2019 – Present)
Claudio oversaw the corporate turnaround of Gissing Holdings, an automotive supplier. He implemented stakeholder-first leadership, repositioned the company in the EV market through lightweight composite technology, and reversed revenue decline. He continues to serve as CEO and board member while the company explores strategic alternatives.

Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors

Managing Director & Chief Compliance Officer (2005 – 2019)
